Inspectors

• Our inspectors’ knowledge of building codes is always current. Continuing education courses are required.
• Our inspectors are fully certified and experienced in their respective fields including plan review.
• Our inspectors meet regularly with other municipal inspectors to discuss code interpretation. By doing so, we remain consistent in our enforcement of the codes.
• Our inspectors have over 200 years of field experience in the construction trades. Some are master professionals in their chosen field.
• We are members of the International Code Council (ICC), Pennsylvania Building Officials Conference (PENNBOC), the International Association of Electrical Inspectors, Inc. (IAEI), and the National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA).
