Our inspectors’ knowledge of building codes is always current. Continuing education courses are required.
Our inspectors are fully certified and experienced in their respective fields including plan review.
Our inspectors meet regularly with other municipal inspectors to discuss code interpretation. By doing so, we remain consistent in our enforcement of the codes.
Our inspectors have over 200 years of field experience in the construction trades. Some are master professionals in their chosen field.
We are members of the International Code Council (ICC), Pennsylvania Building Officials Conference (PENNBOC), the International Association of Electrical Inspectors, Inc. (IAEI), and the National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA).
